Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The BCSS P&C Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled Monday 10 March 2025 has been postponed due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred. As per AGM requirements to provide minimum two weeks notice, the BCSS P&C advised on Wednesday 5 March that the 2025 AGM will now be held on Monday 24 March 2025, commencing at 6pm. The AGM will be held in the BCSS Administration Building and online.
The presentation of Financial Audit and Compliance Report, confirming the 2025 Vision and budget, and confirming key policies and the constitution.

The meetings are held in the BCSS Administration Office – entry is via Gate 7 on Rogers Street. All meetings also include a Microsoft Teams link if you prefer to dial in.
